Coffee in the morning. A classic necessity. There are tons of coffee options in the market right now. Having a good cup of coffee on the go has been one of the biggest trend in the society. But buying coffee outside everyday can be a bore. So why don't we try to make our own coffee once in a while? Here is our favourite ice coffee recipe that is suitable for summer! Psst.. it is topped with yummy ice cream!
In collaboration with Polar Ice Maker. Together with Swanz porcelain insulated mug, keeping ice lasts for up to 8 hours in hot summer days.
Ingredients:
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ground Coffee
100ml Milk
300ml of Hot Water
Sugar syrup to taste
Directions:
Ice Cream Ball:
1. Add melted Ice Cream
2. Put it into a freezer
3. Wait for 8-12 hours.
Coffee:
1. Add ground coffee to the coffee maker, pour in hot water and press the filter.
2. Let it brewed for approximately 5 mins, let it cool down and chilled in the fridge for more than 3 hours.
3. Pour chilled coffee to Swanz Mug, approximately half of the mug
4. Add milk
4. Add sugar syrup to taste
6. Add the ice cream ball, enjoy your Ice Coffee Cream in summer!
